ABOUT OUR RATES
Our Rates do not include taxes, but they do include a daily towel exchange. Holidays, weekends, seasonal and special events are subjected to special rates and minimum stays. Tropic units Townhouse is based on a 6 person occupancy, two bed/1 bath poolside deluxe based on a 6 person occupancy, 1bed/1bath deluxe is based on a 4 person occupancy, 1bed/1bath poolside 4 person occupancy, Studio’s 2nd floor 4 person occupancy. Any reservation 6 nights or less 2 night deposit is required. Any reservation 7 nights or more requires 50% deposit. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the first and last night's deposit. The balance including tax is due upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment: MC, American Express, Visa, Discover, travelers checks, money orders or cash.All daily and weekly rates are subject to change without notice.

HOLIDAY PERIODS
All our Daily and Weekly Rates are subject to a surcharge during Holiday Periods, which include the nights given below:

Memorial Day – May 24th through 27th 2013
Fourth of July – July 3rd through 8th 2013
Labor Day – August 30th through September 2nd 2013
Thanksgiving – November 22nd through November 30th 2013
Christmas/New Year – December 21st 2012 through January 2nd 2014
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Our Check-In Time is 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 PM, please call our office to make arrangements. Our Check-Out Time is 11 AM. We ask you to please observe our Check-In and Check-Out Times so we can prepare the units properly and avoid delays for our incoming guests. To make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, we provide free beach towels for you to use if you arrive before the Check-In Time or wish to stay beyond the 11:00 AM departure. Just ask for assistance and availability at the Front Desk. Office hours are 9 to 5.
PETS
Designated units are available for pets, provided your pet will not disturb your neighbors. There is a limit of two pets per unit, with a 75-pound weight limit per pet. Additional fees and taxes apply. Please call us for details and to make your reservation.
Policy
All rooms are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy: We are a boutique "Inn" of fourteen (14) units and require a strict cancellation policy as follows:
1. There is a 10% penalty on the deposit amount for cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to arrival.
2. There is a 100% penalty on the deposit amount for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival.
