
A deposit of one night’s stay, plus tax is required at time of scheduling. Balance is due upon arrival. Any discounts will be applied at check in. The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. All rooms are non smoking. Smoking in a guest room will result in a $100 cleaning fee assessed to your bill. Pets are welcome. There is a $50 non refundable pet deposit required.
Accepted forms of payment are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks or Cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. Otherwise, unless rescheduled, a $75 processing fee will be applied. The only exception being a named hurricane heading directly towards us and cancellation is made before arrival.
Each unit has 1 parking space. Water craft cannot be accommodated. Linen service and housekeeping are available during extended stays at a small charge. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge at the end of a stay if required.
Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Rates and regulations are subject to change without notice.
